Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Reservation
By booking a safari with Narropil African Safaris, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking
- Final payment is due 14 days before departure
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund
4. Liability & Assumptions of Risk
Safaris involve inherent risks. Participants assume all risks associated with wildlife encounters, travel, and outdoor activities. Narropil African Safaris is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health & Fitness Requirements
Participants must be in reasonable physical condition. Some activities may be strenuous. Please consult with your doctor before booking, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
6. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, wildlife availability, or safety concerns. Refunds will not be issued for such modifications.
8. Conduct
Participants must follow guide instructions at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the safari without refund.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
